Week 3 - Fully Forgiven

The apostle Paul reminds the church in Colossae that God has not just cancelled our debt, i.e. our trespasses against God, but has cancelled the record of the debt itself. He did this by nailing the record of our debt to the cross where it was destroyed along with death itself. This is the nature of Gods grace, his love poured out freely for us. Colossians 2:13-14

This passage from Colossians triggered a comment and conversation on the difficulty we all have to truly forgive others in the way that God has forgiven us. This in turn led to a time of unplanned prayer.
